摘要 为探究织构对6061-T6铝合金X射线应力测试的影响,本工作对等强梁表面的预置应力采用X射线进行应力测试,利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术和晶体取向成像分析技术,根据晶粒取向和X射线衍射的角度关系,分析了织构对X射线衍射晶粒群内晶粒数目的影响,进而分析衍射晶粒数目对晶粒群微观应变均匀性和微观应力均匀性的影响。结果表明,由于晶粒的择优取向,当X射线衍射晶粒群的晶体取向在ψ=0~15°范围内时,X射线衍射晶粒群内晶粒数目较少,晶粒群之间微观应变和微观应力不均匀,使得X射线测试得到的衍射角变化不能反映由宏观应力所引起的衍射角变化,进而导致应力的测试精度降低。

Abstract: In order to explore the influence of texture on the X-ray stress measurement of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, this paper used X-ray for stress mea-surement of the preset stress on the surface of constant stress beam, using electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) technology and crystal orientation imaging analysis technology to analyze the effect of texture on the number of diffraction crystals according to the angular relationship between grain orientation and incident X-ray beam. Further more, the effects of texture on the homogeneity of microscopic strain and microscopic stress were discussed. The results show that when the orientation of diffraction crystal was in the range of ψ=0—15°, the texture led to a decrease in the number of diffraction crystals, which caused differences of microscopic strain and microscopic stress among different diffraction grain groups, these differences made the measured change of diffraction angle unable to reflect the change of diffraction angle caused by stress, so the stress measurement accuracy was reduced.
