Abstract: In this experiment, a new insulation structure was prepared using a new insulation material aerogel, silicon-based ecological insulation coating and magnesium-based ceramic composite protective layer, and it was insulated from the traditional insulation material calcium silicate insulation shell and aluminum silicate fiber insulation structure. The effects (surface temperature and surface heat loss) were compared and analyzed. The results show that the annual energy saving of the new insulation materials is 94.8 t standard coal and 140.6 t standard coal, respectively, compared with the traditional insulation materials calcium silicate insulation shell and aluminum silicate fiber.
