摘要 本文通过归纳激光熔覆层缺陷的种类以及缺陷形成的原因,分析熔覆技术工艺参数(如激光功率、扫描速度、搭接率及保护气气体流等)对缺陷产生与抑制的影响,以实现零件表面性能的提高及服役寿命的延长。最后指出目前激光熔覆层缺陷研究中需要建立完善的工艺数据库这一问题,并利用大数据等现代化手段对熔池监测及工艺数据收集与分析进行了展望。

Abstract: In this paper, the types and causes of defects in laser cladding layer are summarized, and the effects of cladding technology parameters such as laser power, scanning speed, lap rate and protective gas flow on the occurrence and suppression of defects are analyzed, so as to improve the surface performance of parts and prolong the service life.At last, it is pointed out that a perfect process database should be established in the current study of laser cladding defects and the prospect of using modern means such as big data to monitor the molten pool and collect and analyze the process data is presented.

作者简介: 侯锁霞,华北理工大学机械工程学院,副教授,副研究员、硕士研究生导师。主要研究方向为表面工程材料及摩擦磨损与润滑,近五年主研国家自然基金、省自然基金及省科技支撑计划项目多项。在国内外期刊发表论文30余篇,其中SCI收录论文8篇,出版专著2部,授权发明专利5项。 张好强,华北理工大学副教授,硕士研究生导师; 唐山市有色铸件自润滑工程技术研究中心副主任。2005年获得河北理工大学硕士学位,2010年获北京理工大学博士学位。近几年,承担科研课题十几项,其中 主持唐山市科技局科研项目1项,河北省教育厅项目1项,河北省科技厅项目1项,企业横向课题1项; 作为主要完成人参与河北省自然科学基金项目3项,参与国家自然科学基金项目2项,唐山市科技局科研项目十余项。先后获得唐山市科技进步奖三项,其中一等奖1项,三等奖2项; 发表学术论文30余篇,其中SCI收录5篇。
