温拌沥青混合料在生产阶段的节能减排量化分析

摘要 在全球气候变化大的背景下,许多国际和国内组织都开展了节能减排技术的研究。温拌技术是道路交通行业内的低碳环保新技术。本工作基于生命周期分析方法以及实际沥青混合料生产过程,研究了温拌技术的量化环保价值,并采用量化计算分析方法对比分析了温拌技术与热拌技术生产过程的能源消耗情况和二氧化碳排放情况,量化评估了温拌技术的节能减排效果。结果表明:温拌技术的能耗和二氧化碳排放量比传统热拌技术均降低了20%左右,节能减排效果明显,说明温拌技术是环境友好型技术,具有良好的推广和应用前景。

Abstract: Faced with global climate change, many international and domestic organizations have carried out researches on energy saving and emission reduction technologies, among which the warm-mix asphalt technology is new in the road transportation industry. Based on the life-cycle analysis method, this paper gives a quantitative comparative analysis on the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions in the production process respectively of warm mixing and hot mixing, so as to quantitatively evaluate the energy saving and emission reduction effect of the warm-mix asphalt technology. The results show that the warm-mix asphalt technology reduce the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions by about 20% compared to the traditional hot-mix asphalt technology with notable energy-saving and emission-reduction effect. Therefore, the warm-mix asphalt technology is an efficient and feasible energy-saving and emission-reduction technology with great prospect for market promotion.

作者简介:  李旭阳,北京建筑大学在读研究生,2017年9月进入北京建筑大学攻读硕士学位,在校期间协助老师完成1项国家自然科学基金,4项河南省交通运输厅科研课题,在校期间获得三等学业奖学金。其主要研究方向:道路新材料,低碳道路建筑材料开发,道路综合养护管理系统开发;索智,北京建筑大学副教授,硕士研究生导师。2010年香港理工大学(中国)土木与交通工程学院博士毕业后前往北京建筑大学任教至今。在国内外学术期刊上发表论文20余篇,申请国家发明专利15项,其中授权9项。其团队主要研究方向包括:功能性路面材料;低碳环保路用材料研发;预防性养护管理、耦合结构分析。负责完成科研项目15余项。获部级科技进步奖一等奖两项,科技进步二等奖一项、三等奖两项,北京市科技进步一等奖一项。
