洗罐车泥浆对混凝土性能的影响

摘要 将利用搅拌站清洗罐车沉淀后的废弃泥浆烘干后代替混凝土中的细骨料,研究不同掺量下混凝土的工作性能、力学性能、微观孔结构分布以及对混凝土早期和长期收缩的影响。试验结果表明,随着泥浆粉掺量的增大,混凝土早期强度逐渐降低,后期强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势;坍落度呈降低趋势,1 h经时坍落度损失增大;早期和长期收缩与泥浆粉掺量成正比,且前21 d混凝土的收缩率增长最快;掺入10%的泥浆粉后混凝土的孔结构得到了优化,混凝土内部的大、中等孔向小孔转移,有害孔和多害孔的占比有所降低,混凝土的孔隙率减小且后期强度得到了提高。

Abstract: Use the mixing plant to rinse the waste mud powder deposited by the concrete transfer car and replace the fine aggregate in the concrete after drying,the working performance, mechanical performance, micro-pore structure distribution and the influence on the early and long-term shrinkage of concrete under different dosage of concrete are studied.The test results show that with the increase of mud powder content, concrete strength decreases gradually in the early stage, strength increases first and then decreases in the later stage, slump decreases, slump loss increases after 1 h, early and long-term shrinkage is proportional to mud powder content, and shrinkage of concrete in the first 21 days increases. After adding 10% mud powder, the pore structure of concrete is optimized, the large and medium holes in concrete are transferred to small holes, the proportion of harmful and multi-harmful holes is reduced, and the pore structure of concrete is optimized, the porosity of concrete is the smallest and the strength of concrete is improved in the later period.
