摘要 本实验在填料填充量一致的条件下,向环氧树脂中添加相同种类、不同粒径Al(OH)3填料以及相同粒径、不同种类填料,对比加入填料后环氧树脂的粘度、凝胶时间、沉淀情况以及其固化物的Tg和拉伸、压缩、弯曲强度。结果显示:加入填料的环氧树脂较不加填料的环氧树脂的凝胶时间缩短,环氧树脂粘度和Tg均有所提高,拉伸、压缩和弯曲强度均下降。对比相同粒径、不同种类填料对环氧树脂的影响,加入Al(OH)3的环氧树脂凝胶时间最短、粘度最高;加入高岭土的环氧树脂凝胶时间最长;加入烧土的环氧树脂粘度最低;加入轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙的环氧树脂表面产生了气泡且重质碳酸钙沉淀现象更明显;加入烧土、高岭土的环氧树脂也产生了沉淀,但加入高岭土的环氧树脂沉淀较少。

Abstract: In this paper, the same kind, different particle size Al(OH)3 filler and the same particle size, different kinds of fillers are added to the epoxy resin under the same filling amount of the filler, the viscosity, gel time, precipitation of the epoxy resin and the Tg, tensile, compressive, and flexural strength of the cured epoxy resin were compared after the addition of the filler.The results show that the gel time of the epoxy resin which add the filler is shorter than the epoxy resin without filler, both viscosity and Tg temperature are improved, and tensile, compressive and flexural strengths are reduced. Compare the effect of the same particle size, different kinds of fillers on epoxy resin, the epoxy resin with Al(OH)3 has the shortest gel time and the highest viscosity, the epoxy resin added the kaolin has the longest gel time, and the epoxy resin added the calcined kaolin has the lowest viscosity; the surface of the epoxy resin added with light calcium carbonate and heavy calcium carbonate generates bubbles and the precipitation of heavy calcium carbonate is more obvious; the epoxy resin added the calcined kaolin and kaolin also precipitated, but the precipitation of epoxy resin added the kaolin was lighter
