摘要 本文综述了涂料用分散剂的研究进展。从分散剂的化学结构演变出发,探讨了不同官能团结构的分散剂聚合物对颜料润湿、分散和稳定效果的差异。重点介绍了磷酸酯、聚氨酯以及胺类分散剂的改性及应用进展,并对分散剂未来的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: This paper summerizs the research progress of dispersant in coating industry. According to the evolution of the chemical structure of the dispersant, the differences on the pigment wetting, disperse and stabilization effect between different functional groups of the dispersants are discussed. Advances of the modification and application progress of phosphate, tertiary amine and urethane based dispersants are highlighted. Future developments of dispersants are discussed.

作者简介:  陈明军,工程师,中共党员,2008年硕士研究生毕业于中南大学应用化学专业,自2008年研究生毕业后在湘江涂料科技有限公司从事涂料技术研发及管理工作至今,先后担任公司氟碳涂料项目经理,水性工业涂料项目经理,技术部副部长,技术中心办公室副主任职务。被长沙市国资委授予“优秀共产党员”称号,中共长沙市第十二届党代表,多次被公司评为“技术标兵”“先进工作者”“优秀共产党员”“优秀党务工作者”荣誉称号。申请授权发明专利1项,发表学术论文10余篇。
