车桥耦合扰动对硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土修补材料性能的影响

摘要 本研究针对硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土材料在公路桥梁修复工程中、在开放交通施工条件下,受车桥耦合扰动作用易产生性能损伤及开裂现象等问题展开。首先通过实地检测确定半幅通车施工条件下车桥耦合扰动的具体参数范围,并在此基础上利用电磁扰动台模拟桥梁扰动,研究了扰动对硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土修补材料性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,在实测确定的扰动参数范围内,扰动频率在6 Hz以下的扰动对硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土的抗压、抗折强度无明显影响,当扰动频率在9 Hz以上、扰动振幅超过1.0 mm时,扰动使混凝土早期抗压强度稍有提高,但会明显降低硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土的抗折强度。通过电通量测试表明扰动会使硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土内部结构造成损伤。通过孔结构测试表明,扰动会增大混凝土有害孔与多害孔的比例,进而影响其力学性能。

Abstract: In the highway bridge repair engineering, the sulphoaluminate cement concrete material was subject to the problems of performance damage and cracking caused by the coupling vibration of the vehicle under the open traffic construction conditions. In response to this problem, this paper determined the actual parameters of vehicle-bridge coupled vibration under half-way traffic construction conditions by field test, and the inf-luence of vibration on the performance of sulphoaluminate cement-based concrete was studied by the electromagnetic vibration table to simulate bridge vibration in the laboratory. The experiment results showed that there is no obvious influence on the compressive and flexural strength of sulphoaluminate cement concrete when the vibration frequency was below 6 Hz. When the vibration frequency was above 9 Hz and the vibration amplitude exceeded 1.0 mm, the coupled vibration effect resulted in higher early compressive strength while impaired the significantly flexural strength of the sulphoaluminate cement concrete. The rapid chloride permeability test and the pore structure test showed that the vibration could damage the internal structure of the sulphoaluminate cement-based concrete and increase the proportion of deleterious pore of concrete which in turn affects its mechanical properties.
