Abstract: In this paper, different contents of low melting point glass powder were added to the FeCrNiAl coating to prepare the coating wire. The coating was prepared on Q235 steel substrate by supersonic arc spraying technology. The microstructure, porosity and microhardness of the coating were analyzed by SEM, EDS, XRD, PS and microhardness tester. The friction and wear resistance, bending resistance, thermal shock, high temperature molten salt corrosion and electrical conductivity of the coating were analyzed. The results of chemical corrosion experiments show that a certain amount of low melting point glass powder can reduce the unmelted particles and pores in FeCrNiAl coating, the microstructure of the coating is compact, the crystalline phase has good ductility, and the friction and wear properties, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resis-tance are significantly improved. Among them, the FeCrNiAl coating with 10% low melting point glass powder has the best microstructure and properties.
