摘要 研究了稀土活性剂对激光焊5 mm厚TC4钛合金焊接接头组织和性能的影响。讨论了熔深增加的机理,在光学显微镜下还观察到熔合区的微观结构特征。结果表明:稀土活性剂能有效地提高TC4钛合金的熔深,并且可能是多种原因共同作用的结果,而不是单一的抑制光致等离子体的结果。用稀土活性剂进行激光焊时,可以略微细化β-Ti组织。在两种焊接过程中,显微硬度分布表明稀土活性剂能提高金属的塑性变形能力。

Abstract: The effect of soil flux on the microstructure and properties of laser welding 5 mm thick TC4 titanium alloy was studied. The mechanism of increasing penetration depth was discussed. Under the optical microscope and gauge was found to fit the microstructure characteristics. The results showed that the rare-earth activator can effectively improve the TC4 alloy, and the increase of rare-earth surfactant could be the result of many reasons together, rather than a single inhibitory to reported results from the body,such as agent of rare earth used in laser welding,can be slightly refined β-Ti organization. In two kinds of welding process, the microhardness distribution showed that the rare earth active agent can improve the union of metal intercourse ability.

作者简介: 许爱平,男,1992年生,内蒙古工业大学硕士研究生,主要从事钛合金活性激光焊方面的研究工作。董俊慧,男,1961年10月生,博士,国家二级教授,中共党员。2001年3月博士毕业于天津大学材料学院并获工学博士学位;2002年7月晋升教授;2004年1月被批准为博士研究生导师。2002年11月入选内蒙古自治区“新世纪321人才工程”第二层次。现任内蒙古工业大学研究生学院副院长,材料科学与工程学科带头人。兼任中国机械工程学会焊接学会委员;内蒙古自治区焊接学会副理事长;中国机械工业教育协会高等学校机电类教学委员会委员。主要研究方向与领域1.焊接结构强度与断裂;焊接应力与变形数值模拟;2.模糊神经网络技术在焊接中的应用;3.金属材料的碱腐蚀与防护;4.抗碱腐蚀新型稀土合金材料的研制;5.金属模具的激光快速成型与陶瓷型精密铸造。
