风电机组叶片翼型设计与气动性能分析

摘要 本研究介绍了风力发电机组叶片设计动量理论、叶素理论及其Glauert修正方法,并以某风场2.0 MW-D111风电机组为研究对象,通过Bladed软件建模计算了该叶片的气动设计和整机功率曲线等性能,并与实测数据进行了对比。结果表明,理论设计与实测数据结果比较符合,说明叶片翼型参数和设计方法是可行的。本研究对风电叶片的设计有一定的参考价值和实际意义。

Abstract: Wnd turbine blade design methods of momentum theory, bladed element theory and the amendatory Glauert theory were described in this paper. The blade models of turbine were founded in the software of bladed, the aerodynamics performance of airfoil and the wind turbine power curves were obtained by the 2.0 MW-D111 wind turbine. The results show that the original design is accord with the calculation results, indicates that the blade airfoil parameters and design method are feasible, which has certain reference value to the design of wind turbine blade.

作者简介:  于洪明,教授级高级工程师,济南市能源领域技术专家,泉城领军人才创新团队核心成员。2008年3月至2011年9月,在哈尔滨工业大学获得材料学专业工学博士学位。发表SCI论文15篇、中文核心期刊6篇;申请国家发明专利17项,其中授权10项。研究工作主要围绕轨道交通和新能源新材料的应用,负责完成省市及企业重大科研项目10余项。
