摘要 随着汽车工业化发展进程加速,能源使用量日益增加,同时环境污染问题也增加。汽车轻量化是减少环境污染的有效途径,汽车轻量化设计已成为重要的研究方向。轮毂作为乘用车的重要组成部分,是当前汽车轻量化研究的重点内容之一。本文通过对近现代多种品牌汽车轮毂的材料以及材料加工工艺和轮毂造型设计进行分析,发现轮毂的轻量化与轮毂的材料、轮毂加工方式、轮毂的造型三方面有关。轻金属材料的运用是实现汽车轻量化的有效方式,轮毂材料以及加工工艺的演变为:从传统的锻造、铸造加工发展为数字3D打印技术的个性化定制,小批量生产。加工工艺的进步在很大程度上影响轮毂造型设计,轮毂造型设计的轻量化可以直接影响到汽车的刹车系统安放,以及行驶过程中的舒适性、安全性、稳定性等特性。

Abstract: With the rapid development of automobile industrialization, energy usage has increased significantly. The problem of environmental pollution has become severe. Reducing the weight of cars can effectively reduce environmental pollution. The lightweight design of automobiles has become an important consideration. As an important part of transportation, the wheel hub is one of the key contents of the current automobile lightweight research. This article analyzes the automotive wheel materials, material processing technology and wheel design of many brands today. It is found that the weight of the wheel hub is related to its material, processing method and shape. The use of light metal materials can achieve lightweight cars. The evolution of wheel material and processing technology is: traditional forging-personalized customization of digital 3D printing technology-small batch production. The progress of the processing technology largely affects the design of the wheel hub. The lightweight design of the wheel hub can directly affect the placement of the car's brake system. In the process of car driving, the shape of the wheel affects the comfort, safety, stability and so on.

作者简介:  吴国荣,1997年毕业于天津美术学院,就职于南昌大学艺术与设计学院工业设计系,硕士研究生导师,主要从事产品造型设计与设计学理论教学,发表核心期刊20余篇。多次指导学生参与并获得国际、国内设计类奖项。
陈旭辉,硕士研究生,就读于南昌大学艺术与设计学院工业设计工程专业,从事汽车外观设计改造研究,以导师为第一作者发表核心期刊一篇。
