摘要 铜基块状非晶合金由于其高导电、耐腐蚀及优异的力学性能和物理性能而备受人们的关注。本文综述了Cu基块状非晶合金材料的主要改进方法及其研究进展,重点介绍了合金化元素对Cu基块状非晶合金的物理化学性能的影响,最后展望了Cu基块状非晶合金的发展前景。

Abstract: Cu-based bulk glassy alloys have attracted more attention, due to its high conductivity and corrosion resistance, as well as excellent mechanical and physical properties. This paper reviews the improvement methods and research progress of Cu-based bulk glassy alloys, and emphasizes the effects of alloying elements on its physical and chemical properties. Finally, the development prospects of Cu-based bulk glassy alloys are forecasted.

作者简介:  陈爱华,高级经济师、工程师,北京外国语大学工商管理专业,本科学历。2006~2009年担任中天日立光缆有限公司厂长,2009年至2014年担任中天海缆有限公司副总经理,2014年至今担任中天合金技术有限公司总经理,2017年开始兼任江东合金技术有限公司总经理。曾获得中国机械工业科学技术奖二等奖、江苏省科学技术进步奖三等奖、获得国际发明展览会金奖、江苏省专利优秀奖、南通市科学技术进步三等奖,以及如东县先进个人等多项称号。2011~2015年2项国家高新技术研究发展计划863项目成员主要负责人,目前主要从事电缆、海缆和通信缆、高性能铜合金制品等高端产品的生产和研发工作,已发表学术论文5篇,获得国家专利32项,其中发明专利3项,实用新型专利29项。
王鹏举,工程师,河海大学材料学专业,工学硕士。2015—2019年先后担任中天合金技术有限公司铜排工艺工程师、绕组线车间主任、铜及铜合金产品研发工程师等职务。先后发表学术论文8篇,获得国家专利9项,其中发明专利5项,实用新型专利4项。
