轨道车辆复合材料层压板结构的超声检测方法研究

摘要 采用超声脉冲反射式A扫描检测法和穿透式C扫描检测法,以司机室蒙皮多材料混合铺层的层合板结构为研究对象,根据生产、服役过程中可能产生的分层缺陷和夹杂缺陷开展超声检测技术研究。分层试块设计五种阶梯厚度,涵盖司机室复材结构件中最小、最大厚度及其间的代表性厚度,模拟Φ9 mm的分层缺陷;针对零件铺叠过程中所有可能因误操作而被混入预浸料层间的各种辅料模拟夹杂缺陷。研究结果表明,在使用两种检测方法对层合板进行检测时,对于分层缺陷和夹杂缺陷,穿透式C扫描检测在缺陷检出能力、近表面分辨力和缺陷定量方面均优于脉冲反射式A扫描检测,在缺陷定性方面脉冲反射式A扫描检测优于脉冲反射式C扫描检测。

Abstract: In this paper, the ultrasonic pulse reflection A-scan detection method and the penetrating C-scan detection method are used to study the delamination defects and inclusion defects of the multi-material hybrid laminate structure. The layered test block is designed with 5 step thicknesses, covering the smallest, largest thickness and the representative thickness in between, and simulates the layered defect of Φ9 mm. And simulate inclusion defects for all the auxiliary materials that may be mixed into the prepreg layer during the part laying process. The research results show that penetration C-scan detection is superior to pulsed reflection A-scan detection in defect detection ability, near-surface resolution and defect quantification for layered defects and inclusion defects. In terms of defect qualitative aspects, pulsed reflection A-scan detection is better than pulsed reflection C-scan detection.

作者简介: 高玉龙,中车青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司,复合材料研发部主任,高级工程师。自参加工作一直致力于高速列车轻量化技术研究,碳纤维复合材料在轨道车辆上的应用。主持参与了下一代地铁列车、京雄司机室、高速列车受电弓平台等系列复合材料产品。下一代碳纤维地铁车辆“CETROVO”于2018年9月在德国柏林国际轨道交通技术展览会面向全球首发,CETROVO作为全球首辆全碳纤维复合材料车体地铁,体现了众多现代化先进设计理念并采用新系统、新材料、新结构、新工艺,实现了车辆轻量化、自动驾驶、智能运维与智慧服务,将有力推动轨道交通装备实现材质革命和技术升级。荣获2019中国国际工业博览会科技创新大奖。正在主持山东省重大科技创新工程子项目《基于材料基因工程的高通量并行式耐磨蚀材料研发与应用》。 王松,中车青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司,材料工程主任研发师,博士,高级工程师。主要研究领域是轨道车辆复合材料质量体系、复合材料无损检测技术与评估。针对轨道车辆各种新型功能性复合材料、成型工艺及其结构、制造过程(包括切边、制孔、装配)等特点,研究复合材料结构内部缺陷的无损检测与评估,研究如何构建新的缺陷识别机理、缺陷判断、检测新方法、新工艺;面向大型化、复杂化的复合材料结构,研究如何建立具有多维特征的快速可视化检测方法、原位高速检测方法,为复合材料车辆运营安全提供技术保障,推动工程化应用。
