Abstract: The study is based on the construction project of Universal Studios metro station along the east of Beijing Metro Line 7, to explore the best mix proportion of HCSA expansion agent and polypropylene fiber when they are mixed together and the influence of the mixture on the performance of reinforced concrete one-way slab. According to the orthogonal design method, the dosage of HCSA expansion agent is 6%, 8%, 10%, 12% and 14% respectively, and the dosage of polypropylene fiber is 0.6 kg/m3, 0.9 kg/m3, 1.2 kg/m3, 1.5 kg/m3 and 1.8 kg/m3 respectively. The best mix proportion and the effects on the concrete slab performance are studied. The results show that when HCSA expansion agent content is 10% and polypropylene fiber content is 0.9 kg/m3, the shrinkage of concrete can be effectively compensated, the 28 d compressive strength of concrete increase 12.6%, the 14 d flexural strength increase 23.2%, and the 14 d limited expansion rate underwater is 3.2×10-4. In the concrete slab, the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete slab is increased by 3.8% and the deflection is increased by 51.2% when the concrete cracks. The mix of expansive agent and fiber can improve the stress distribution, the ultimate bearing capacity and flexural property of concrete slab.
