Abstract: In this paper, TA1 titanium plate with 50 % spinning deformation was heat treated at different holding temperatures above the recrystallization temperature, and the optimal annealing process was explored by controlling the holding time.KEYENCY VHX-950F digital microscope and Image-Pro Plus image analysis software were used to analyze the microstructure of the annealed samples; the MTS810 tensile machine was used to test and analyze the room temperature mechanical properties of the recrystallized samples. The results show that annealing heat treatment above 520 ℃, the cold deformed TA1 sample will undergo a recovery process; when the annealing temperature is 605—610 ℃, heat preservation for an appropriate time can obtain a completely recrystallized structure with very fine grains. At the same time, refining the grains can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the TAI material.
