摘要 肤是人体最大的器官,对人体起着重要的屏障作用。当人体皮肤受到损伤时,常需要用到皮肤辅料进行修复。开发用以替代人体正常皮肤的皮肤敷料,对人类皮肤损伤的修护、医药化妆品研发等具有重要意义。皮肤敷料的发展日新月异,各种类型的皮肤敷料不断涌现。本文从类型、结构、性能等方面阐述了皮肤敷料的研究概况;介绍了传统型、生物型、合成型及复合型皮肤敷料,对以上四种类型皮肤敷料中的成分和特性进行了深入的探讨和对比;最后简述了目前商品化的人工皮肤的种类,并对未来皮肤敷料的发展进行了展望。

Abstract: Skin is the largest organ in human body, and play a crucial role as barrier. When human skin is damaged, skin dressings are usually used to repair the wound. It is of great significance for repair of human skin injury and production of medicine and cosmetics to develop skin dressings that can imitate normal human skin. With the rapid development of skin dressings, various types of skin dressings continue to emerge. In this article, the current research status of skin dressings is elaborated, including wound dressings and artificial skin in terms of their type, structure and property. In addition, four types of skin dressings, namely traditional type, biological type, synthetic type, and composite skin dressings are introduced. The composition and features of the above four types of skin dressings are discussed and compared in detail. Besides, the types of commercial artificial skin is briefly introduced as well. Finally, the future development of skin dressings is proposed.
