路用聚合物稳定碎石基层养生规律分析

摘要 路用聚合物稳定碎石基层有别于无机料稳定类基层材料,其强度与整体性主要通过养生期间水分蒸发后,聚合物粘聚碎石材料实现。本工作针对振动方式成型的聚合物稳定碎石基层样本,通过试验分析该材料在不同养生条件下的含水率与结构强度之间的变化规律,并据此提出了满足路用性能要求的养生标准,可作为路用聚合物稳定碎石基层的工程应用依据。

Abstract: The road polymer stabilized crushed stone base layer is different from the inorganic binder base stabilized materials, and its strength and integrity are mainly achieved by the polymer bonded crushed stone material after evaporation of water during the curing period. This work deals with vibrating polymer crushed stone base-stabilized samples. The change between water content and structural strength of the material under different conditions of curing are analysed. Based on this, the curing period standard that meets the road performance requirements is proposed, which can be used as the engineering application basis for the road polymer stabilized crushed stone base.

作者简介:  张新天,北京建筑大学教授,建设部优秀课程《路基路面工程》负责人,国家级监理工程师,中国公路学会理事,北京公路学会荣誉理事。1992年研究生毕业于哈尔滨建筑工程学院,后任教于北京建筑大学,主要研究方向为路基路面结构与材料优化技术及其工程方法。多年从事土木专业道桥方向的教学工作,主持完成国家科技攻关以及省部级科研项目4项,其他研究课题十余项。编(著)《公路工程质量管理系统》等著作7部、《城镇道路工程养护技术规范》等行业技术标准3部,发表学术论文30余篇。
姚鑫航,北京建筑大学在读硕士研究生。2013年9月至2017年6月在北京建筑大学获得土木工程专业学士学位,连续多年被评为校级优秀学生,多次获得校级三等奖学金。
