摘要 为了提升传统气凝胶材料的抗承载能力,本实验开展了夹层结构抗冲刷气凝胶外防热材料的制备及应用技术研究,通过研究面板致密化参数(浸渍方式、陶瓷前驱体浓度、浸渍次数等),突破了面板致密化技术,面板材料力学强度稳固提高;通过开展不同Z向纤维密度预制体的制备,突破了夹层结构Z向连接技术,材料应变协调性能大幅提升,中心点挠曲位移达8.5 mm,展现出优异的承载和隔热性能。

Abstract: In order to improve the mechanical strength of traditional aerogel materials,, preparation and application of the anti-ablation aerogel material with sandwich structure were studied. The densification technolgy of panel and Z pin connection technology of sandwich structure were broken through. Thus, The mechanical strength of the panel material was steadily increased, after the study of densification parameters, such as impregnation method, concentration of ceramic precursor, impregnation times. The strain coordination performance was greatly improved, with deflection of the center point about 8.5 mm, after the preparation of fiber preform with different density fiber in the Z direction. It demonstrated the excellent insulation performance and mechanical bearing capacity.

作者简介:  苏力军,现就职于航天特种材料及工艺技术研究所,高级工程师。 2010 年 7 月毕业于上海交通大学化工学院材料学专业,获得博士学位。主要研究领域为隔热绝热材料,以第一作者在国内外学术期刊上发表论文 5 篇,申请国家发明专利 10 余项,其中已授权 3 项。李文静,现就职于航天特种材料及工艺技术研究所,研究员。2010年7月博士后毕业于德国亚琛工业大学。主要研究领域为隔热绝热材料,国内外学术期刊上发表论文10余篇,授权专利16项。
