摘要 采用冷金属过渡(CMT)技术,围绕船用高强钢电弧增材制造(WAAM)的单道单层工艺特性开展研究,通过考察不同配比的保护气成分、送丝速度、焊接速度三种工艺参数下单道单层的工艺特性,结合不同工艺条件下单道单层的熔宽、余高、过渡角、截面面积等参数的测量,掌握了以上三种关键工艺参数对单道单层形貌的影响规律,并通过数学分析的方法,建立了能够准确预测80%Ar+20%CO2混合气体保护下单道单层截面轮廓的全周期余弦函数模型,其与实际测量的结果基本一致,为后续单道多层、多道多层的电弧增材成形控制提供了基础。

Abstract: The cold metal transfer (CMT) technology was used to study the single-bead and single-layer process characteristics of marine high-strength steel wire and arc additive manufacturing (WAAM). By testing three process parameters of the protection gas different ratios, wire feeding speed (vs) and welding speed (vw) under the single welding bead characteristics, combined with the measurement of welding bead width, height, wetting angle and bead cross-section area under different process conditions, mastered the law of influence above three key process parameters. By the method of mathematical analysis, and full-period cosine function model which could accurately predict the single bead cross-section contour under the protection of 80% Ar+20% CO2 mixed gas was established, which is basically consistent with the actual measurement results. It provided the basis for forming control of multi-layer WAAM.

杨海欧,西北工业大学,副研究员,硕士研究生导师,长期从事金属增材制造前沿教学与研究,主要研究方向是高性能金属增材制造、面向增材制造的创新设计和增材制造的应用示范。先后主持包括国家自然科学基金、科工局、科技部重点研发计划等多项课题,在核心刊物发表论文40余篇,SCI收录20余篇。
