摘要 本工作分析了研制核场测温用热电偶的紧迫性,介绍了一种核场测温用高精度K型热电偶合金材料。分析了热电偶材料中合金元素的作用,并进行了核场测温材料的抗辐照成分设计;通过合理的制备工艺,确保了热电势的测温精度,提升了其抗辐照水平;采用多级稳定化热处理,改善了其测温稳定性。

Abstract: The urgency of developing thermocouples for nuclear temperature measurement was analyzed, a high precision K-type thermocouple alloy material for nuclear field temperature measurement was introduced. The effect of alloying elements in thermocouple materials was also analyzed, and the anti-irradiation components of thermometric materials were designed. The temperature measurement accuracy of thermoelectric potential was guaranteed and the radiation resistance level was improved by reasonable preparation process. The stability of temperature measurement was improved by multistage stabilization heat treatment.
