Adsorption of Crotonaldehyde by Graphene-Nano-SiO2 Aerogel |

Abstract In order to explore new adsorbent materials, graphene oxide was prepared by modified Hummers oxidation method. Furthermore, graphene oxide was reduced by using glucose as the reducing agent and the cross-linking agent to connect graphene nanosheets, and SiO2 nano-powder was added to construct graphene-nano-SiO2 aerogels with the three-dimensional porous structure. The surface morphology and microstructure of graphene-nano-SiO2 aerogels were observed and characterized by scanning electron microscopy and fully automatic surface analyzer. The adsorption characteristics of graphene-nano-SiO2 aerogels on the volatile organic compound crotonaldehyde were studied. The results show that the three-dimensional porous structure of graphene-nano-SiO2 aerogel provides a larger specific surface. The optimum addition amount of SiO2 nano-powder in composite aerogel is 58.8%, and its adsorption value for crotonaldehyde was 127.1 mg/g.

In recent years, he has presided over and completed several provincial and ministerial projects, such as Guangxi Scientific Research and Technological Development Plan Project, Guangxi Technological Innovation Project, China Tobacco Corporation Science and Technology Project, etc. He won the second prize of science and technology progress award of China Tobacco Corporation, the second prize of science and technology progress award of China Business Federation, the third prize of science and technology progress award of Guangxi, the third prize of science and technology progress award of China Light Industry Federation and the third prize of science and technology progress award of China business Federation. Since 2010, more than 30 pa- tents have been authorized, including 9 invention patents authorized by the first inventor ; more than 20 papers have been published in SCI and core journals by the first author or corresponding author, including 11 papers included in SCI or EI, and 3 industry standards have been formulated and promulgated. |
