Abstract The surface modification of liposomes with different materials has been hot in liposomal research. Pluronic is a nonionic surfactant with good biocompatibility and is commonly used as drug carrier. The preparation method of Pluronic modified liposomes, physicochemical properties and carrier application were reviewed in this paper, which will provide some references for the further development of Pluronic modified liposomes.
