Preparation and Application Performance of Cement-based Permeable Crystalline Waterproof Masterbatch |

Abstract Using calcareous material A, soluble silica material B, phosphonic acid complexing agent C and other active masterbatch, mixed with cement, quartz sand can be formulated into cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material (CCWC), with the bonding strength and the impermeability index determines the active masterbatch formulation and dosage. Determine the optimal blending ratio of masterbatch A is 0.5%, B is 1.0%, and C is 0.45%. Through the application performance test, the maximum bond strength of CCWC is 2.48 MPa, has excellent anti-cracking performance, 2 mm mortar plastering surface has no cracking in 28 d, and the 1.5 mm coating water level drops only 0.3 mm. It has good repair and waterproof performance. The indicators are better than national standards.
