纳米氧化镁表面修饰制备荷正电微孔陶瓷膜及其性能研究

Abstract Using diatomite ceramic membrane as base membrane, the nano-MgO/SiO₂ microporous ceramic membranes with positive surface charge was prepared by impregnation-thermal decomposition method for surface modification of the base membrane. Composition structure of the positively charged microporous ceramic membrane and removal performance for tetracycline in water were analyzed. Research results showed that the positively charged nano-MgO coating exhibits a cubic crystal and uniformly attached to the base membrane surface, as a result the positively charged microporous ceramic membrane possesses high electrical properties. It behaves positive surface charge within a wide pH range, and its isoelectric point is up to 10.8. Finally, the removal performance of tetracycline confirmed a satisfactory removal effect for tetracycline of the positively charged microporous ceramic membrane, as the COD removal rate and chroma removal rate were 98.8% and 99.7%, respectively at room temperature and under atmospheric pressure.
