消防避火服外层织物辐射热防护效能研究*

Abstract By means of the determination of related parameters of the radiant heat protective performance for the fabric, including the tests of the specific heat capacity, X-ray diffraction spectrum and heat rays reflectivity of outer fabric materials for three types of fire protection from fire proximity suits (high silica glass fiber fabrics (A1), high silica glass fiber fabrics (B1) and continuous basalt fiber fabrics (XW)), the radiant heat performance of the outer fabric material for three types of fire from fire suits were compared, and the explanation and analysis of the reason for the difference of the thermal protective performance among three types of materials were carried out respectively from the perspectives of the microscopic molecular architecture of the yarn. According to the analysis and calculation results, it can be concluded that there exists close relationship between microstructure of the yarn and radiant heat protective performance of the fabric. The crystallinity of the yarn affected the radiant heat protective performance markedly.
