摘要 针对嵌入式共固化缝合阻尼结构复合材料的刚度和阻尼性能协同优化问题,提出一种多尺度建模与遗传算法相结合的设计方法。首先建立了缝合复合材料的面内等效弹性参数理论模型,结合实验与有限元模拟验证其准确性,并揭示出缝合结构变化对复合材料刚度与阻尼性能的影响规律,然后通过遗传算法对缝线直径与缝距进行优化设计。结果表明,在一定条件下,当缝线面积占比为2.06%时,材料的损耗因子相对无缝合阻尼结构提升8.8倍,而刚度仅降低9.2%。该研究为航空航天、汽车等领域的高性能复合材料设计提供了新的方案。

Abstract: A design method combining multi-scale modeling and genetic algorithm is proposed for the collaborative optimization of stiffness and damping performance of embedded co-cured stitched damping structure composites. Firstly, the theoretical model of in-plane equivalent elastic parameters of the composites is established, and its accuracy is verified by combining experiments and finite element simulations, and the influence law of the change of the stitched structure on the stiffness and damping performance of the composites is revealed, and then the optimal design of the stitched wire diameter and the stitching spacing is carried out by the genetic algorithm. The results show that under certain conditions, the loss factor of the material is improved by 8.8 times relative to the unstitched damping structure while the stiffness is reduced by only 9.2% when the percentage of stitch area is 2.06%. This study will provides a new scheme for the design of high stiffness and large damping composites in aerospace, automotive and other fields.
