Abstract Nanoparticles plays an important role in cancer therapy. In recent years, Nanoparticles have been studied in a number of areas, including drug delivery, vaccine development, antimicrobial, diagnostic, cancer treatment and imaging tools. Nanoparticles are divided into organic nanoparticles and inorganic nanoparticles. Inorganic nanoparticles are widely concerned because of their unique materials, size-dependent physical-chemical properties and special optical/electromagnetic properties, which are not possessed by organic nanoparticles. In cancer therapy, the choice of appropriate method of inorganic nanoparticles and collocation will bring better results for treatment.
