超超临界机组用HR3C奥氏体耐热钢研究进展

Abstract HR3C is widely used in superheater and reheater of ultra supercritical unit due to its great high-temperature mechanical properties and high-temperature antioxidant properties. In order to promote its industrial application and improve the parameter efficiency of the unit, it is urgent to conduct in-depth research on HR3C heat resistant steel, especially the relationship between the precipitation and the property during long-term service. The research progress of HR3C microstructure, precipitation evolution, the influence of alloyed elements on precipitated phase, oxidation behavior during service, hardness, mechanical properties, aging strength, impact toughness, corrosion resistance, welding properties and fatigue properties are briefly described. Then the reason for the sharp decline of impact toughness after the service is analyzed in this review. Finally, the critical issues in the further research of HR3C is also prospected.

About author:: Fan Feng received her B.E. degree in material molding from Jiangsu University of Technology in 2018. She is currently pursuing her M.D. at the National Center for Materials Service Safety (NCMS), University of Science and Technology Beijing under the supervision of Prof. Yonghao Lu. Her research has focused on austeni-tic heat resistant steel of ultra-supercritical unit.
Yonghao Lu graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, majoring in materials science and engineering in 1999. He is currenty a deputy director and engineer of the project construction of "major engineering material service safety research and evaluation facility" at the National Center for Materials Service Safety, USTB. His research interests include power station material service safety evaluation and so on. He has presided over more than 30 national natural science foundation projects, nuclear power 863, nuclear power major projects, nuc-lear power 973 project secondary sub-projects, critical research and development plan sub-projects and Beijing municipal science and technology plan. He has published more than 150 papers in such famous international and domestic journals as Appl. Phys. Lett., Acta Mater., Mater. Charact., J.Nucl. Mater., Corr. Sci., Chinese Science, Acta Metallurgica Sinica and so on. Moreover, he is the reviewer of many international publications such as Corr. Sci. and the member of ICG-EAC, EPRI and other international organizations.
