TiO2对连铸三元无氟CaO-SiO2-TiO2渣系特性的影响

Abstract The TiO₂ content in the ternary fluoride-free CaO-SiO₂-TiO₂ slag system was calculated by using the thermodyna-mic software, effect of TiO₂ content on viscosity and crystallization characteristics of continuous casting ternary fluoride-free CaO-SiO₂-TiO₂ slag system were tested with viscosity tester and hot wire crystallization tester, the thermodynamic law of actual component experimental slag was simulated and calculated, the characteristics of TiO₂ in the slag system and its effect on metallurgical properties of slag were discussed in detail. The results showed:Ⅰ The content of TiO₂ is between 3%—9%, and the viscosity of protective slag decreases with the increase of TiO₂ content; the content of TiO₂ is between 9%—11%, and the viscosity increases with the increase of TiO₂ content. Ⅱ The crystallization property increases with the increase of TiO₂ content, and the main precipitation crystal is perovskite (CaTiO₃). Ⅲ The influence of TiO₂ on the network structure of the flux is significant, the TiO₂ content is in 3%—7% range, which exists as a broken net, and when the TiO₂ content is more than 7%, it is in the presence of net.
