Li2O/K2O物质的量比对P2O5-Al2O3-BaO-Li2O-K2O磷酸盐玻璃热光性能的影响

Abstract Phosphate glasses with various Li₂O/K₂O ratios were synthesized using the melt quenching technique. The thermo-optical properties of the glasses were studied. The temperature coefficients of refractive index (dn/dT) of the glasses were measured using interferometric technique and the thermo-optical coefficients were calculated. The results showed that with the increasing of Li₂O/K₂O ratios, mixed alkali effect could be observed on the glass transition temperature (T_g), softening temperature (T_f) and thermal expansion coefficient (α). Meanwhile, the thermo-optical coefficient (dS/dT) increased monotonously with the increase of Li₂O content. The optimized value of thermo-optical coefficient with 0.08×10^-6/K was obtained with Li₂O/K₂O ratio at 9∶6. Results show that a phosphate glass with zero thermal distortion can be obtained.
