气垫式预时效工艺对6016铝合金汽车板性能的影响

Abstract Effect of pre-aging process in air-cushion furnace under different standing time after solid solution treatment on the formability, bake-hardening ability and precipitation characteristics of 6016 aluminum alloy automobile sheet was investigated by means of tensile test, hardness test, cupping test and differential scanning calorimetry in this study. The results indicated that pre-aging process in air-cushion furnace restrain the adverse effect of natural aging. The shorter standing time after solid solution treatment contributed to the effect of pre-aging process in air-cushion furnace on improving the formability and bake-hardening ability of 6016 aluminum alloy automobile sheet. When the standing time after solid solution treatment was 5 min and the pre-aging condition was 160 ℃×10 min, the formability and bake-hardening ability of 6016 aluminum alloy automobile sheet were both excellent. At the same time, more enhanced phase precipitated during the baking process.
