液相脉冲激光轰击石墨制备碳纳米材料研究进展*

Abstract Carbon nanomaterials have extensive application prospect in microelectronics, aerospace, military materials and so forth because of their special mechanical, electrical and physicochemical properties. Preparing carbon nanomaterials in a new, efficient and controllable way by pulsed laser has become a research focus currently. In this paper, the interaction between laser and carbon materials and nanoparticles formation mechanism are briefly introduced. The process and factors of the preparation of carbon nanomaterials (e.g. nanodiamond, carbon nanotubes, graphene) in liquid phase by pulsed laser ablation is elaborated. Future prospect of carbon nanomaterials preparation by pulsed laser is summarized.
