横磁处理对1K107纳米晶铁芯磁性能的影响及高频损耗分析<sup>*</sup>

Abstract Conventional heat treatment and transverse-filed annealing of Fe_73.5Cu₁Nb₃Si_13.5B₉ nanocrystalline cores were conducted respectively. The corresponding magnetic properties were tested. The relationship between core loss and maximum induction was obtained through fitting. The results show that transverse-magnetic annealing can reduce core loss efficiently, suggesting transverse-magnetic annealing may have potential application prospect for high frequency power electronic transformer core. The results of core loss separation indicate that the ratio of hysteresis loss, eddy-current loss and abnormal loss in total loss are unchanged, increased and decreased after transverse-filed annealing, respectively. Abnormal loss caused by domain wall resonance is reduced, due to the fact that magnetic domain structure change and magnetic moment rotation become the main magnetization mechanism after transverse-filed annealing. This may be another reason for total core loss reducing except hysteresis loss reducing.
