海水及养护方式对硅酸盐水泥性能的影响

Abstract Seawater contains a variety of salts, which affects the hydration reaction of Portland cement. The effects of mixing water, curing water and curing temperature on the hydration and properties of Portland cement were studied in this work. The results indicate that seawater as mi-xing water can accelerate the early-age hydration of Portland cement by producing ettringite and Friedel's salt as well as improve the compactness of the matrix. However, at the late stage, the salt crystallization pressure leads to the formation of micro-cracks in the Portland cement matrix, which negatively affects the strength. Seawater as curing water can corrode Portland cement. The ions in seawater penetrate into the cement matrix and produce ettringite and Friedel's salt by reacting with the hydration products, which causes the expansion of the cement matrix and even-tually leads to the decrease of mechanical properties. High temperature can accelerate the procedure of dissolution-nucleation-precipitation of Portland cement and improve its early-age strength. The significancy of the influence on the early-stage strength of Portland cement of the above three factors is as follows: mixing water > curing temperature > curing water.
