促溶-表面处理二元复合作用对橡胶沥青性能的影响

Abstract In view of the problems of poor high-temperature storage stability, high viscosity and easy segregation of rubber powder modified asphalt, the rubber asphalt was prepared by the binary compound method of NaOH solution surface treatment on rubber powder and addition of octene polymer rubber reactant (TOR). Through tests of asphalt softening point, penetration degree, ductility and segregation, it is determined that the reasonable concentration of CRP for NaOH solution surface treatment is 2%, and the optimal content of TOR is 4.5%; through scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy tests, the microscopic mechanism of NaOH and TOR on rubber asphalt was analyzed, and the properties of binary composite modified asphalt (NT-RA) were analyzed by segregation test, bending beam creep (BBR), dynamic shear rheology (DSR) and Brinell rotational viscosity test. The results show that NaOH solution can remove impurities on the surface of CRP and improve the interfacial adhesion state between CRP and asphalt. TOR can promote the dissolution of CRP in asphalt, and the binary composite effect significantly improves the storage stability, low-temperature performance and high-temperature performance of rubber asphalt, and effectively reduces the viscosity of rubber asphalt.
