解胶剂改性废弃碳纤维预浸料及其对混凝土力学及导电性能的影响

Abstract In 2024, about 34 600 tons of waste carbon fiber prepreg(WCFP)would be produced in the production process of carbon fiber in China, and the acid and alkali solution treatment methods are prone to cause a decline of fiber performance. In the study, debonder in the field of electronic components was used to modify WCFP with different resin contents(28%, 33%, 38%). The microscopic morphology, surface roughness, resin residue rate and surface functional groups of WCFP were studied, and the mechanism of debonder-modified WCFP(DM-WCFP) modified by debonder on the electrical conductivity of concrete was explored. The results showed that when the resin content is 28% and the decomposition rate of the resin by the debonder is 65.38%. A small amount of epoxy resin particles remaine on the fiber surface, when the debonder is reused once and twice, the decomposition rates of the resin are 54.98% and 37.00%, respectively, reaching 84% and 56% of the initial treatment effect of the debonder. When WCFP with a resin content of 28% is modified and the dosage is 0.6%, the increase in compressive strength and flexural strength of the specimen reach the maximum, which are 16.51% and 30.79%, respectively. The decomposition rates of WCFP with 28% resin content reachs the conductivity threshold when the dosage is 0.8% and 1.0%, and the decomposition rates of WCFP surface epoxy resin with different resin contents are 65.38%, 60.77% and 58.87%, respectively. When the modified WCFP with a resin content of 33% is added at a dosage of 1.0%, the specimen reachs the conductivity threshold.
