Study on Explosion Resistance of Reinforced Concrete Slab Strengthened with POZD Coated Steel Plate |

Abstract In order to study the explosion resistance of polyisocyanate oxazodone (POZD) polymer material coated steel plate reinforced concrete slab under contact explosion load, contact explosion experiment and numerical simulation were carried out, and its damage characteristics were analyzed. The finite element models of reinforced concrete slab, explosive, steel plate and POZD are established by using the finite element software LS-DYNA. The damage modes and damage characteristics of reinforced concrete slab strengthened with POZD coated steel plate under different charges are discussed. The experimental and numerical results show that coating POZD coating on the back of steel plate-reinforced concrete slab can effectively improve the explosion resistance of the structure. Under the action of contact explosion, the specimens of reinforced concrete slab strengthened with POZD coated steel plate show four damage modes.
