晶体硅切割废料对Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>-SiC-C铁沟浇注料性能的影响

Abstract To realize the comprehensive recycling of kerf-loss silicon and improve the performance of Al₂O₃-SiC-C castables, Al₂O₃-SiC-C castables were prepared by corundum, silicon carbide, spherical asphalt, microsilica powder, calcium aluminate cement, commercial silicon powder and kerf-loss silicon. The effect of replacing the commercial silicon powder in raw materials with different amount of kerf-loss silicon (0%, 0.5%, 1% and 1.5%,mass fraction, the same as below) on the properties of castables was studied. The results showed that introduction of kerf-loss silicon significantly improved the oxidation resistance of castables, and the cold modulus of rupture and cold crushing strength were also significantly improved, reaching the best when the addition amount was 1%. After heat treatment at 1 450 ℃, more SiC fibers appeared in the sample with kerf-loss silicon. The initial flow value, bulk density and apparent porosity of the castable were decreased with the addition of kerf-loss silicon. This study provided a feasible scheme for recycling kerf loss silicon and reducing the cost of iron trough castables.
