| Competitive Situation of the Polypropylene Meltblown Cloth Technology Based on Patent Analysis |

Abstract Since the outbreak of the COVID-19, masks have played a vital role. As the core material of masks, polypropylene meltblown cloth directly determines the respiratory protection performance of masks. Therefore, it is necessary to study the technological competition situation of the polypropylene meltblown cloth industry, and provide information support and guiding suggestions for domestic technological innovation. Use vector space model theory to obtain patent document data in patent search and service system of the patent Office, use Patsnap, Patentics patent search platform to obtain patent application legal status data, from global institutional technology output trends, global institutional technology fields, global institutional technology flow, global institutional competition patent analysis is carried out from the perspective of main force, hot technology evolution and deployment in China, and typical cases of domestic enterprises being sued for infringement. Based on this, the thesis puts forward two suggestions for Chinese enterprises to participate in the international competitive market: focus on industry-university-research cooperation and make full use of the expired patent technology of foreign applicants, and pay attention to avoiding the intellectual property risks of foreign enterprises' patents in China.
