Preparation and Properties of a New Type of Cement-based Permeable Crystalline Waterproofing Agent |

Abstract After determining the raw materials through preliminary tests and optimizing the ratio, the cement-based permeable crystalline waterproofing agent IOC was made. The IOC waterproofing agent and the market-circulating waterproofing agent LLH were tested for compressive strength test, water absorption test, carbonization depth test, chloride ion penetration test, chemical corrosion resistance test, self-healing performance test and other experimental performance comparisons. The results show that when the IOC waterproofing agent content is 2%, the compressive strength is 8.7% higher than that of the LLH waterproofing agent experimental group; the average electric flux value is reduced by 7.3%; other properties except water absorption have different degrees improvement. The self-developed waterproofing agent IOC has good mechanical properties and waterproof performance, and its experimental data is significantly better than the waterproofing agent LLH circulating in the market. At the same time, the performance verification and mechanism analysis of the self-made IOC waterproofing agent are carried out. Summarize and supplement the existing waterproof mechanism in the academic circle.
