成型工艺对钨基复合材料界面组织和性能的影响

Abstract W/Cu clad materials were prepared by three different forming processes. The influence of process on the interface microstructure and the diffusion of interface elements were investigated by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). According to the results of the linear scanning of W and Cu elements, the diffusion of the two elements did not occur during the explosive welding process. It avoids the generation of brittle phase. Therefore, the characteristic wave interface, the melting block packed in the vortex and no element diffusion, are the conditions for the welding of W and Cu. The results of tensile test at room temperature show that the tensile strength of W/Cu clad materials is close to that of Cu, the yield strength is about 8.3% higher and the elongation is about 14.6% lower than that of Cu.
