聚合物基MOFs复合材料的制备及应用

Abstract Metal-organic framework compounds (MOFs), an organic-inorganic porous complex mainly formed by self-assembly of metal ions and organic ligands. Metal organic frameworks (MOFs)emerging as a kind of porous of organic-inorganic skeleton materials, have tunable nanospaces, high porosity and high specific surface area, which makes it has a wide range of applications in biomedicine, sensing, gas separation membranes, etc. But MOFs materials have some disadvantages, such as poor stability and low mechanical strength. In order to improve its shortcomings, some researchers have combined MOFs materials with inorganic or organic materials to improve the defects of MOFs meanwhile broa-den the application of MOFs. This review focuses on the synthesis of polymer-based MOFs composites.
In this review, MOFs are classified into the following categories according to the naming, composition and synthesis methods of MOFs: isoreti-cular metal-organic frameworks (IRMOFs), zeoliticimidazolate frameworks (ZIFs), and metarial sofistitute Lavoisier frameworks (MILs), poc-ket-channel frameworks (PCNs), etc. Two preparation methods commonly used in polymer-based MOFs composites are summarized: physical blending and in-situ methods. The composite mode of the polymer and MOFs in the material is non-covalently bonded, including hydrogen bond, van der Waals force, electrostatic action, etc.; covalent bond, which is mainly the combination of amino group and carboxyl group. In the combination of non-covalent bond and covalent bond, there are hydrogen bonds. And the combination of covalent bond can make the polymer and MOFs material better composite, the polymer-based MOFs composite material is more stable and more applicable widely. Finally, the application status of polymer-based MOFs composites in biomedicine, sensing, gas separation membranes, etc. are introduced. The development trend of polymer-based MOFs composites are prospected. It mainly includes the way of composites, the structural control of composites, and the application of composites in other fields. It is hoped that researchers in polymer-based MOFs composites will provide some guidance and reference.

About author:: Qunna Xu is associate professor and master supervisor now working at the College of Bioresources and Mate-rials Engineering, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology. She was honored with the Shaanxi Youth Science and Technology Star. She has undertaken 5 research projects in charge including National Natural Science Foundation. Her main research interest lies in synthesis of natural product-based organic/inorganic nanocomposites. So far, more than 40 academic papers have been published, including more than 20 articles in the international authoritative search journal SCI and EI, and 2 books. One PCT international invention patent and more than 20 national invention patents have been applied, of which 12 items have been authorized.
Ruijie Qiu graduated from Lvliang University, received his Bachelor of Science Degree in June, 2017. Now he is a Master student at the department of College of Bioresources and Materials Engineering, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Under the guidance of Associate Professor Qunna Xu, his main research interests focus on the synthesis of natural product-based organic-inorganic nanocomposites.
Jianzhong Ma,Doctoral Supervisor, is now President of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology. He holds the position of Convener of the Light Industry Technology and Engineering Discipline Review Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council. He also undertakes over 50 items of National Key Research and Development Program, 973 pre-research Program, 863 Program, Key Program of National Natural Science Foundation and other projects. Prof. Ma is awarded several national prizes, including the first prize for the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award; the second award National Technology Invention Award and Ho Liang Ho Lee Fund Award. His current research interests primarily focus on: (1) design and synthesis of water-based polymers, (2) key technologies of organic/inorganic nanocomposites, and (3) technologies and applications of light and textile products. He has published 8 books, applied for 10 PCT international invention patents, authorized more than 80 national invention patents, and 4 utility model patents, as well as over 400 academic papers (more than 200 SCI/EI and 3 ESI high cited).
