Study on Anti-corrosion Properties of Epoxy Coatings by Modified N-Containing Small Molecule for Metal Surface Rust Layer Treatment |

Abstract Nitrogenous heterocyclic organic molecule is an important corrosion inhibitor with good complexation performance, which can form coordination compounds with metal ions or on the surface of solid, so as to control its chemical properties and reduce oxidation capacity. In this paper, KH560 was used to modify 2-aminopyridine, 2-aminopyrimidine and melamine. The product was used to treat rust layer. The success of the synthesis experiment was confirmed by Fourier infrared absorption spectroscopy (FTIR). The surface of rust layer before and after treatment was observed by scanning electron microscopy, copper sulfate drop test, polarization curve test and impedance test. The results show that the corrosion resistance of epoxy coatings treated with A1KH560, A2KH560 and A3KH560 is greatly improved, and the adhesion, flexibility and impact strength of the coatings are obviously improved. The coating treated with A1KH560 has the best corrosion resistance.

With invention patents and more than 300 journal papers, has cultivated more than 100 excellent master. |
