Research on the Laser Welding Technology of the Support Column of the Third Generation Pressurized Water Reactor Based on the Finite Elment Analysis |

Abstract The supporting column is between the upper part and the core board of the RVI in the PWR .it provides support and connection for the guide tube assembly on the drive line. It belongs to all-welded structure, therefore, it is very critical for the welding manufacturing precision. This subject mainly studies the tube laser butt joint of supporting column components. We mainly model and analyze on the laser welding heat source, laser weld contraction and laser deformation. It provides theoretical guidance for manufacturing technology. The details are as follows: laser wel-ding experiment and temperature, macro molding of welding, the residual stress test, the establishment of heat source model and determination of parameters, the laser welding contraction model and welding deformation prediction.
