Research on Appraisal of Fair-faced Concrete Appearance Quality by UAV Image Acquisition Method |

Abstract The collection of fair-faced concrete appearance quality information is a prerequisite step for evaluation and also an important control step. It is affected by objective factors including collection equipment and environmental conditions. Based on the as cast finish concrete samples prepared in the laboratory and the as cast finish concrete components poured in the construction site, this paper studies the influence of UAV equipment parameters including sensitivity, shutter time, aperture value and camera size, UAV camera angle and the distance from the acquisition surface on the appearance quality information collection of as cast finish concrete. The appropriate range of each factor is given separately, and the corresponding collection method is adjusted considering the influence of the colored fair-faced concrete to minimize the deviation between the collected information and the real information.

About author:: Xiangchao Han graduated from the Department of Resources of Hebei Institute of Architecture and Technology in 1997, majoring in mine construction, and now works in China Power Construction Railway Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. He has long been engaged in the construction technology management and research of railway engineering and municipal enginee-ring, and has rich experience in concrete structure construction of railway engineering and subway engineering. Chunxiang Qian received her Ph.D. degree in Nanjing Tech University in 1992.She is currently a chief professor in Southeast University and director of Research Center on Green Building and Construction Materials. Her research interests are functional cement-based composites for green building and intelligent manufacture in building construction; high performance and bacterial smart concrete; bio-cement; low-carbon cementitious materials and green energy saving building materials. |
