Abstract Giving the concept of “wisdom” to the building and making every aspect of construction engineering full of “wisdom” is the current development direction and research focus of the construction industry. This article takes smart building as the central idea. Through the research on the concept and technology of smart building, it starts from four aspects: smart building concept, new building materials, smart construction and monitoring, industrialization technology, and systematically summarizes the latest domestic and foreign research results, and finally summarize the smart building and look forward to the future development.

About author:: Zhonghua Han received his B.E.degree in physical chemistry of materials from Jinan University in 2014. He is currently pursuing his M.E. degree at the School of Faculty of Geomatics, Lanzhou Jiaotong University under the supervision of Prof. Zhenkai Wang. His research has focused on smart building.Zhenkai Wang, American returned Chinese overseas architect, Space big data scientist. Founder of Building Information Aggregation System (BIAS). He graduated from the University of Southern California, majoring in advanced architectural studies. Distinguished professor of Shenzhen Research Institute of Henan University, director of ST-IAS Joint Innovation Center. Beijing Ten Elephant Architecture Technology Co., LTD. Founder, host architect. He also serves as the council member of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Federation. Vice chairman of Youth Committee of Overseas Chinese Federation of Gansu Province. President of the Association of Overseas Returnees. Member of the Standing Committee of Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Federation Youth Committee, etc. He has won 1 first prize of provincial and ministerial science and technology progress award and 4 national invention patents. |
