Research Status of Raw Soil Building and Materials |

Abstract As the earliest building material, raw soil still plays a role today due to its advantages of ecology and convenience in obtaining materials. The research on raw soil architecture and materials has never stopped, and the progress of modern raw soil research has been promoted with the efforts of many researchers. By consulting the research content of raw soil architecture and materials, we summarize the research on raw soil architecture and materials according to three aspects: raw soil materials, raw soil walls, and standard formulation according to different research focuses.

About author:: Jiacheng Lu, a master student at Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. The current main research areas are construction waste recycling, ancient building protection and disease analysis, and application research of construction waste regenerated micropowder for modified raw soil materials.Fei Li, associate professor of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Master's supervisor. In 2009, Ph.D. student graduated from Tsinghua University, majoring in civil engineering, and have stayed in the school until now. From March 2011 to 2011, as a visiting scholar, he went to the University of Colorado for visiting and cooperating research. 2017.1—2019.12 is the project leader of the National Natural Science Youth Fund “Recycled Aggregate Water Absorption and Water Return Characteristics and Its Influence on Concrete Shrinkage Performance”. 2015.1—2015.12 is the project leader of the National Natural Science Foundation of China “Research on Early Anti-cracking Performance of Recycled Aggregate Concrete Based on Uniaxial Constrained Temperature-Stress Test Method”. 2014.1—2015.12 is the project leader of the Beijing Natural Science Foundation “The influence of the Microstructure of the Interfacial Transition Zone on the Properties of Recycled Aggregate Concrete for Abandoned Bricks and Tiles”. |
