| Effect of Freeze-thaw Cycle on Shear Performance of Sintered Shale PorousBrick Masonry |

Abstract In order to explore the shear strength variation of sintered shale porous brick masonry structure under freeze-thaw cycles, this paper adopted the test method of masonry shear strength along the cross-section. By comparing and analyzing the strength attenuation and loss of mortar and masonry under different freeze-thaw cycles, the law and expression of shear strength attenuation of sintered shale porous brick masonry under freeze-thaw cycles were obtained. The test results show that after 75 freeze-thaw cycles, the effect of freeze-thaw damage on the shear resis-tance of masonry is greater and deeper, and the shear resistance of masonry decreases sharply.

He graduated from Beijing University of Technology in 2007. He has presided over the completion of more than 30 provincial and municipal scientific research projects, won 2 third prizes of Guangxi Science and Technology Progress Award, and several Liuzhou Science Progress Awards. Currently he is mainly engaged in the research of new building materials. |
