Study on Thermocouple Alloy Materials for Nuclear Field Temperature Measurement |

Abstract The urgency of developing thermocouples for nuclear temperature measurement was analyzed, a high precision K-type thermocouple alloy material for nuclear field temperature measurement was introduced. The effect of alloying elements in thermocouple materials was also analyzed, and the anti-irradiation components of thermometric materials were designed. The temperature measurement accuracy of thermoelectric potential was guaranteed and the radiation resistance level was improved by reasonable preparation process. The stability of temperature measurement was improved by multistage stabilization heat treatment.
